Duisburg: Investor hat neue Pläne für St. Vincenz-Quartier
Duisburg-Dellviertel. Nach Monaten des Stillstandes wird das alte St. Vincenz-Hospital in Duisburg nun gesichert. So soll es mit dem neuen Wohnquartier weitergehen.
